Spend time with other leaders, connecting on pressing world issues and developing your skills. This exclusive ME to WE Trip takes place at Minga Lodge, located in the heart of the Amazon Rainforest.
Through the introspective component of Advanced Leadership Training, you will learn about how you can leverage your existing skills and personality traits when working with others and leading groups. Our expert facilitators will then help you develop new leadership techniques and skills to be a strong leader in any group, from sports teams to school clubs and extracurricular activities to the workplace.
In particular, you will learn how to take your passion and amplify the impact that you can have by identifying allies and leading others toward shared goals. Leading through language and new communication strategies, the program will focus on how you can mobilize people for your cause, work with the media and initiating fundraisers or awareness events.
