This contest is open to all residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence except employees, directors, officers, immediate family members and those with whom they are domiciled of contest sponsors and their respective advertising and promotional agencies. However, nominees in the two Youth in Action categories and the Free The Children category must be either 12 years and under, or 13 to 17 years of age, or 13 to 18 respectively.
Contest sponsors and their respective affiliates, advertising and promotional agencies, accept no responsibility in any case where their inability to satisfy these contest rules arises from any situation which is outside of their control including but not limited to a situation of strike, lock-out or other labour strife in the sponsors’ workplaces or in the workplaces of any organization or entity whose services are involved in running this contest.
