Here at Me to We Trips, we understand the environmental implications that international travel has on our planet. In turn, we are committed to reducing our ecological footprint as much as possible in our office, while in transit and in our overseas programming. Every year we launch new green initiatives that help the ecosystems in the communities in which we work.

From guaranteeing that all our literature is printed on recycled paper in our Toronto office or traveling locally by public transport or hybrid vehicles. We also have an organic garden at our centre in Kenya to feed guests. Not to forget our reforestation projects at our sites around the globe. We are always looking for new ways to increase what we can do to help the planet. Last year saw the start of our Go Green education programs, which reached more than 10,000 youth.

Sustainability is at the heart of all Free The Children´s development work and is at the heart of the Me to We philosophy. Together, we are here to make lasting and sustainable changes in the world while ensuring our world remains sustainable for all.
