Established in 1999 as a place where young people from around the world could stay while helping with development projects, the cottages have since grown to accommodate adult groups, families and corporate retreats.

The four elegant Bogani Cottages serve as a home base for volunteer adventures. Designed by an award-winning Kenyan architect, each cottage is unique in size and design. Built with renewable, indigenous materials and furnished with native African fabrics and art, each cottage boasts the luxuries of home.

For your comfort, all cottages include en suite bathrooms with hot and cold running water and flush loos. Also, during the evenings, generator-provided electricity provides lighting for reading and power for recharging batteries.

Enjoy healthy meals prepared by our five-star chef as you dine in an alfresco dining platform overlooking a beautiful marsh where elephants gather.
