Louise Kent

It's undeniable that Louise is a storyteller through and through. It comes out in her speeches and the way she fills a room. Since 2004, Louise has told these stories to more than 250,000 people as a speaker and performer with Me to We's international tours. These performances are an experience of the senses, lighting up stages with an unforgettable presence that seamlessly floats between nuanced intimacies and campfire simplicities. Her lyrics and music light up your ears while her spoken tales of living with communities in need around the world inspire your mind and heart to action.

After having travelled to over 25 countries around the world, building schools and volunteering in overcrowded orphanages, Louise has many life altering lessons to share.

  • "Louise was perfect! She was exactly what we needed to kick-start and inspire leadership, global awareness and action amongst our girls. In their eyes, she is a goddess. The girls were really pumped by her morning performance/presentation as well as by the leadership workshops that she and Saskia did in the afternoon. I have already heard from parents that the day (and Louise) was a hot dinner time topic. One class has an initiative going and I am sure that there will be more."

    - Caroline Parker, Principal, Calgary Girls School

  • "The performance by Louise Kent was amazing. She inspired me to help the cause! Instead of thinking about myself, I´ll think about other people too. I want to make a huge event. It´ll be the best kids I know, playing hockey. To get into the game, it will be $5. This will help me and a few friends to get to Africa to help build a school."
