Jessi Goes to Kenya
Against the spectacular backdrop of the African landscape, follow MTV Canada host and Free The Children ambassador Jessi Cruickshank as she steps into a new world. Jessi travels to the Maasai Mara region of Kenya, learning to communicate in Swahili and walking with the mamas on their daily treks to draw water.
Jessi visits communities without access to clean water, learns about health issues facing the population and comes face-to-face with families living in poverty. There, Jessi experiences the greatest gesture of generosity from her new Maasai family.
Follow Jessi as she takes in the breathtaking beauty of Kenya on a safari, engages in the vibrant culture of Maasai warriors and learns life-changing lessons about the meaning of happiness.
