ABOUT US

Me to We Parents

A COMMUNITY FOR LIKE-MINDED ADULTS

Welcome to our new Me to We Families website.

This isn’t where you come to learn how to groom your child to get into an Ivy League school; or to help her spruce up her resume with community service credits; nor is it a mommy blog (not that there’s anything wrong with that).

This is a place for moms, absolutely, but also dads, grannies and papas, and teachers, coaches and mentors.

This is a place to come if you want to discuss how to help your kid to care about the world, and maybe even make a difference --- large and very possibly small, but a difference, all the same. It’s about everything from nurturing empathy to doling out allowance in exchange for chores – should you or shouldn’t you --- to paying attention when your kid tells you that all is not right with the world and she wants to change something. It’s especially about nurturing global citizens.
